Presentation of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone Code of Ethics / Launch of Development and Investme

The presentation ceremony for the "Sirjan Special Economic Zone Employee Code of Ethics" took place in the presence of the Director General of the Kerman Development Organization, members of the Board of Directors, and several managers and employees. Emphasis was placed on the importance of developing human capital, expanding logistical infrastructure, and supporting production.
At the opening of the ceremony, Dr. Asadi, Director of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, welcomed the participants and stated that the new leadership's objective was to translate broad guidelines into effective implementation methods. He added:
"To achieve development, we need clear communication between the different management levels and a strengthened culture of accountability." Developing human resources and simplifying processes are our priorities, and the Code of Ethics can serve as a basis for improving these processes.” Furthermore, Dr. Hossein Amiri, Director General of the Kerman Development Organization, emphasized the need to support production and the economy, stating:
“Removing obstacles to production and supporting economic units is our top priority. Our expertise lies in increasing productivity despite difficulties and constraints.”
Referring to recent initiatives in the logistics sector, he added:
“The approval of the Sirjan Dry Port and the establishment of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, the country’s first logistics hub, are significant steps. Negotiations have begun with cargo owners, the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Company, and other institutions, and we hope to make this special zone a dynamic center for exports and imports.” “
He also announced the development of a comprehensive human resources development program and stated:
“Specialized training, the implementation of an effective evaluation system, and the strengthening of corporate culture are at the heart of our priorities. We have identified our human and organizational values ​​and are today presenting a code of ethics as a strategic document.” During another part of the ceremony, Dr. Morteza Bank, a member of the Board of Directors, emphasized the importance of experience and human capital, declaring:
“Our main asset is our human resources. Improving the knowledge and skills of our employees guarantees increased productivity and organizational development. The use of innovation, the development of electronics, and solar energy will contribute to promoting the special zone status.”
Engineer Mohammad Ali Karimi also emphasized the importance of performance evaluation:
“It is essential to compare the current situation of the special economic zone with the established objectives and to identify its strengths and weaknesses. Sustainable development relies on a long-term vision, effective teamwork, and the provision of necessary resources. We must be attentive to opportunities and leverage the region’s tremendous potential, particularly its rail and air links.”
At the end of the ceremony, the Sirjan Special Economic Zone’s Code of Ethics was unveiled. This code aims to strengthen human values, improve the quality of services, and increase accountability. The zone’s administrative staff were also honored with plaques of recognition and gifts.
