Inauguration and Presentation Ceremony of the Director General of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone

An inauguration ceremony for Engineer Mohsen Vafaei and Engineer Hamid Shahsavari as Director General of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone was held on Wednesday morning, September 27, in the region's conference hall. Dr. Hossein Amiri, Director General of the Kerman Development Organization, along with the organization's deputies, managers, and employees of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, were in attendance.
At the opening of the ceremony, Engineer Mohsen Vafaei, who also serves as Head of Economic and Investment Affairs at the Kerman Development Organization, presented a summary of his five years at the helm of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, detailing the key measures and projects implemented during this period. Engineer Hamid Shahsavari, the new Director General of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, thanked the officials of the Kerman Development Organization for their confidence and presented his program for infrastructure development, service improvement, investment facilitation, increased productivity, and strengthening the Sirjan Special Economic Zone's position.
Dr. Hossein Amiri, Director General of the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization, also commended Engineer Vafaei for his work leading the Sirjan Special Economic Zone. Reading from Engineer Shahsavari's appointment decree, he emphasized the need to redouble efforts to improve the Special Economic Zone's situation. He explained that, following the resignation of Engineer Vafaei, and to allow him to focus on his responsibilities within the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization regarding economic development and investment, Engineer Hamid Shahsavari had been chosen to succeed him. Emphasizing the importance of the CEO's continued presence and presence in Sirjan, he stated that this was a key factor in accelerating decision-making, addressing priority issues, and advancing the region's development programs. He also expressed his hope that, with the new leadership, the development and implementation of strategic projects in the region would proceed at a more sustained pace.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, a plaque of recognition was presented to Engineer Mohsen Vafaei for his service and dedication during his tenure as CEO of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone. Engineer Hamid Shahsavari was also congratulated and wished every success in his new role.
