A ceremony was held to celebrate the birth of Hazrat Fatima (peace be upon her) and International Women's Day, attended by the management and staff of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone. The women working in the zone were honored with gifts.
According to the zone's public relations department, Engineer Vafaei, Director General of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, congratulated the women working in the zone on International Women's Day, stating: "Women play a vital role in all aspects of life, including economic, social, and cultural spheres, and their presence in the Sirjan Special Economic Zone is a testament to their skills and expertise."
He added: "In addition to their organizational activities, the women working in the special zone also play a significant role in managing their households and family affairs. This dual responsibility is a testament to their strength, effort, and dedication." Engineer Vafaei went on to say that in recent years, there had been a greater emphasis on women's employment in the region, and that currently, over 40% of the administrative staff are women. At the end of the ceremony, the women working in the region were honored with flowers and gifts.
