Teamwork, the key to the success of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone

The farewell ceremony and introduction of the director of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone was attended by Dr. Amiri, CEO of the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization and Chairman of the Special Economic Zone's Board of Directors.
According to the Special Economic Zone's Public Relations Department, during this ceremony, which was also attended by directors of industrial units, regional employees, and local elected officials, Dr. Hassan Asadi was introduced as the new director of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone. He also praised the efforts of Engineer Qasem Mirzadeh, the zone's former director who recently retired. At the beginning of the ceremony, Engineer Mirzadeh presented a report on the zone's performance over the past few years and, highlighting the zone's role in attracting investment, creating sustainable jobs, and developing industrial and economic infrastructure, thanked all his colleagues and organization leaders for their support.
Dr. Hassan Asadi, the new director of the zone, then thanked the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization for its trust and outlined his plans for the zone's future. Emphasizing transparency in decision-making, constructive interaction with economic stakeholders, and accelerating the delivery of services to investors, he called for all-out cooperation between colleagues to achieve the region's development goals.
Afterwards, Hamid Shahsavari, member of the board of directors, and Engineer Vafaei, CEO of the region, also shared their views on the region's development path. During the ceremony, Dr. Amiri, highlighting the strategic position of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone in the development of the southeast of the country, emphasized continued progress and the use of existing capacities to support production and investment.
Commending Engineer Mirzadeh's many years of efforts, he expressed hope that a new management team, with his experience and motivation, can bring about significant change in the region.
Dr. Amiri, emphasizing the importance of teamwork for organizational success, said:
"We must all help each other to ensure the success of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone team. Regional development is our primary goal, and through joint planning and thinking, we can ensure growth and progress."
Recalling the early days of the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, he said:
"It used to be just a sandbank, but thanks to the efforts and dedication of caring leaders like Mr. Marashi, Shahbakhsh, and Yazdanpanah, along with other pioneers who contributed to the creation of this complex, brought it to fruition. Thanks to the perseverance and efforts of people like Mr. Afkhami, the region has reached a significant position on the path to industrial and economic development. Emphasizing that all of the region's revenues were dedicated to its own development and progress, without any personal interest, Dr. Amiri praised the valuable efforts of all the managers and experts who contributed to creating infrastructure, attracting investment, and industrial development in the region. He added:
"Today's successes are the result of years of hard work and empathy on the part of these dear residents."
The CEO of the Kerman Public Works Organization also urged the new managers:

Rigorous planning over three periods (short, medium, and long term) is essential. The Sirjan Special Economic Zone has three main missions: industry and domestic production, logistics and trade, and the residential sector. The zone manager must simultaneously serve as mayor, director general of industry, and director general of trade, and managing this complexity will be impossible without teamwork.
