August 8th is a day dedicated to honoring those who, with commitment, honesty, and responsibility, report on reality and serve as a link between citizens and authorities. We pay tribute to journalists who, through their writing, reflection, and attentive observation, not only reflect events but also make a lasting contribution to shaping dialogue, increasing transparency, formulating responsible demands, and fostering hope within society.
The Sirjan Special Economic Zone, while honoring the memory of martyr Mahmoud Saremi, extends its sincerest congratulations to all those involved in journalism, media, and information, and especially to the dedicated journalists of Sirjan County, on the occasion of International Journalists' Day.
There is no doubt that sustainable development will be difficult to achieve without professional, responsible, and committed media. Through their ability to reflect realities, their constructive criticism, and their informed advocacy, the media are among the most important partners in the development and progress of any society.
We hope that with continued cooperation, empathy and constructive interaction between the media and the Sirjan Special Economic Zone, we will witness an increased growth in the economic, industrial and social capacities of this region and the city of Sirjan.
